I started thinking that maybe I'm getting the hang of this riveting thing, slamming these rivets in one after another. Then I got to last rivet and screwed it up. Murphy strikes again. Get the Drill!

I noticed that the skin on the RV-9A VS is much thinner than my buddies RV-7A. This VS is as light as a feather. I guess Vans' needed to make the VS as light as possible to make up for the long (and somewhat heavy) Horizontal Stabilizer, which also has a much thinner skin than the RV-7A.
