 Bought a 3M Cut & Polish Wheel
These polish wheels are fairly expensive, but necessary, and are supposed to last for the whole building process.

 Put the new wheel on the bench grinder
Heads Up, yous guys! The nuts screw on backwards! I saw on another builders website that he removed all of the protective stuff to allow easier access to the wheel from every angle. Sound like a good idea to me. The only problem I encountered what that there isn't a good way to hold the shaft in place while tightening the end nut. The instructions say to put a wedge between the wheel and the front plate. So I put a wooden wedge on the opposite wheel and tightened the nut as best I could. The wedge idea doesn't work very well.
