Countersunk the F-904G Vertical BarsCountersunk the F-904G Vertical Bars
I countersunk these bars and made sure that a test rivet set flat in the hole.

I was able to use my pneumatic rivet squeezer for most of these rivets. The 6 inner most rivets were put in with a rivet gun and bucking bar.
Here's the flip sideHere's the flip side
I thought these rivets were a little too long for this application, but that's what's on the plans.

The plans called for AN426D4-14 rivets, which are some really long-ass rivets. But they were still to short to really do a good job of riveting. There weren't any other longer rivets, so I just did as good as I could. I can see where these rivets don't really do anything structural, since these bars are really held in place later with the bolts anyway. So the "too-short" rivets are just to hold the bars in place until final assembly.
