 Clecoed on the forward rear skin
Is it Darth Vader or the Flying Nun? I clecoed on the forward rear skin down the middle of the skin, just enough to position the F-787 Stiffener Rib between the F-706 and F-707 Bulkheads.This will allow to match drill the F-787 Stiffener Rib to the F-707B clip I made and already clecoed to the F-707 Bulkhead.

 Final drilled the F-787 Stiffener Rib to the F-707B clip
Here's the F-787 Stiffener Rib between the F-706 and F-707 Bulkheads. It was easy to final drill the rib to the F-707B clip with my angle drill.

 Both skins are now clecoed in place
