 Let the fun begin!
I riveted the HS-902 spars, the HS-907 spar doubler and the HS-908 angles together using my new Avery Pneumatic Rivet Squeezer. A lot of other RV builders told me to go ahead and spend the money for the rivet squeezer. I am glad I did, this squeezer does a professional job and every rivet is exactly the same. It takes a while to get the gap set just right, but after you do, it's rivet city.

 Riveted the rear spar together
Here's the assembled HS-903 spars and HS-906 spar doubler.

 Started on riveting the front ribs to the skin
I started with the right HS skin and hand squeezed in one rib, just to see how it looked. I was very pleased with how it came out. You can barely feel the rivets when you run your hand over the skin.
