 Finished sanding and fluting both set of tank ribs
I decided to get the tanks ribs out of the way first. I used several varieties of the sponge type sandpaper and the scotchbrite wheel to smooth all the edges. I noticed that the tank ribs are not pre-fluted at all, but all the other wing ribs are. I will only have to do a little bit of fluting on the other wing ribs.

 Sanding in the tight spots
This sponge sandpaper comes in nice thin sheet and makes it real easy to sand between the flanges and also inside the big holes in the rib.
