 Dismantled both ailerons and started deburring
It took quite a while to un-cleco everything. There are a lot of parts in these dudes.

 Cut out a notch in the A-904 nose rib
The instructions call for a small notch in the inboard A-904 nose rib to accommodate the top bolt in the A-907 rear spar assembly. I used a cool grinding tool for my dremel that I got at Lowes.
