Prosealed and riveted in the outboard rib
These instructions were a little vague here. I didn't see where it said to definitely rivet in the outboard rib now. It mentions installing the T-410 cover plate that goes on the bottom of the rib, but not when to put in the rib. So I opted to go ahead and put in the rib now. I prosealed and riveted the rib in and then prosealed and riveted in T-410 cover plate on the inside front of the rib.
