				| Started working on the right elevator trailing edge Nice to get back to work. Things got really busy around here in the past 2 weeks. Here I final drilled the trailing edge through the pre-drilled holes in the top of the elevator skin through the wedge, bottom elevator skin and then into the aluminum angle. Then I clecoed everything down. UPDATE 12/29/05: I should have supported the middle of the lower skin with something to raise it up a little. Apparently when I drilled the holes into the aluminum angle, the middle bottom skin pooched out farther than the top skin, causing a 1/16" dip in the trailing edge line during final riveting. Dangit!

				| Dimpled the holes in trailing edge skin The vise grip dimpler from Averys is the perfect tool for this, since the skins can't be opened very much here.

				| Getting ready to countersink the aluminum wedge I pulled the wedge out and clecoed it the aluminum angle to make it easier to machine countersink the holes.

				| Wedge countersinks done! The Averys countersink tool really makes things go fast.
