Started work on assembling the Brake PedalsStarted work on assembling the Brake Pedals
After cutting out the 4 inch angles, I clamped them to the brake pedals and drilled all the holes.
Drilled the brake side plates to the anglesDrilled the brake side plates to the angles
A no brainer here. I did the same thing with the clamps. One of the holes has to be drilled to 3/16".

After countersinking the brake pedal and side plates, I primed everything and riveted the pedals together with my pneumatic squeezer. This was probably one of the easiest riveting sessions ever. Very enjoyable.
Here's that 3/16 hole I mentioned earlierHere's that 3/16 hole I mentioned earlier
This is where the pedal gets bolted to the brake frame.
